Collision Damage Waiver (CDW)

Personal Accident Insurance (PAI)

Provides coverage for you and your passengers in case of an accident.

What's Not Covered
- Damage caused by driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs
- Damage caused by unauthorized drivers
- Damage to personal belongings inside the vehicle
- Damage caused by off-road driving or reckless operation
- Interior damage from smoking or excessive wear
- Tire damage, windshield chips, or undercarriage damage (unless CDW purchased)
Security Deposit
A security deposit is required at the time of pickup and is held on your credit card. The deposit amount varies by vehicle category:
- Economy & Standard$200 - $300
- SUV & Van$500 - $600
- Luxury$750+
The deposit is fully refundable upon return of the vehicle in the same condition, typically within 5-7 business days after the rental ends.
