When you reserve a vehicle through our website, you enter into a rental agreement with AutoWay Car Rental. The rental agreement includes:

3. Eligibility

To rent a vehicle from us, you must: be at least 21 years of age (25 for certain vehicle categories), hold a valid driver's license for at least one year, have a valid credit card in your name, and meet our insurance requirements.

4. Reservations and Payments

• All reservations are subject to vehicle availability.
• Prices are quoted in US Dollars and include applicable taxes.
• Payment is required at the time of booking or at pickup, depending on the payment option selected.
• We accept major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.
• A security deposit will be authorized on your credit card at pickup.

5. Vehicle Use

You agree to use the rental vehicle responsibly and:

• Operate the vehicle in compliance with all traffic laws
• Not allow unauthorized persons to drive the vehicle
• Not use the vehicle for illegal purposes
• Not smoke in the vehicle
• Not transport hazardous materials
• Not tow or push anything with the vehicle
• Not drive off-road or on unpaved surfaces
• Return the vehicle at the agreed time and location

6. Insurance and Liability

Basic liability insurance is included with all rentals. You may purchase additional coverage options. You are responsible for any damage to the vehicle not covered by insurance, including deductibles. See our Insurance & Coverage page for details.

7. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation policies are outlined in our Rental Policies. Refunds are processed according to the cancellation timing and method of payment. Processing times vary by financial institution.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AutoWay Car Rental shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the rental in question.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AutoWay Car Rental, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.

10. Intellectual Property
