Rental Policies
Please review our rental policies before booking
General Rules
- All drivers must be at least 21 years of age (25 for luxury and specialty vehicles).
- A valid driver's license is required and must be held for at least one year.
- The renter is responsible for all traffic violations and tolls incurred during the rental period.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited in all vehicles. A cleaning fee of $250 will be charged for violations.
- Pets are not allowed in vehicles unless prior arrangements have been made.
- Vehicles may not be taken outside the designated service area without prior approval.
Driver Requirements
- Primary driver must present a valid driver's license at pickup.
- International renters must provide a valid passport and International Driving Permit (if license is not in English).
- A credit card in the primary driver's name is required for the security deposit.
- Additional drivers must be registered and meet all driver requirements.
- Young driver surcharge applies to drivers under 25 years of age.
Fuel Policy
All vehicles are provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with a full tank.
- If the vehicle is returned with less fuel than provided, a refueling charge will apply.
- Refueling charges include the cost of fuel plus a service fee of $25.
- Fuel receipts from the rental period may be requested as verification.
Mileage Policy
Each vehicle rental includes a specified number of miles per day. Additional miles are charged at the rate indicated in your rental agreement.
- Standard rentals include 150-200 miles per day depending on vehicle category.
- Unlimited mileage packages are available for an additional fee.
- Extra mileage rates range from $0.20 to $0.50 per mile depending on vehicle category.
Late Return Policy
- A grace period of 30 minutes is allowed for returns.
- Returns up to 4 hours late will be charged at an hourly rate (daily rate ÷ 4).
- Returns more than 4 hours late will be charged for an additional full day.
- If you anticipate a late return, please contact us as soon as possible.
Damage & Liability
- Basic liability insurance is included with all rentals.
- The renter is responsible for any damage to the vehicle not covered by insurance.
- Optional Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) reduces your liability in case of damage.
- Any damage must be reported immediately and a police report may be required.
- The security deposit will be used to cover any damages or outstanding charges.
Cancellation & Refunds
- 48+ hours before pickup: Full refund
- 24-48 hours before pickup: 50% refund
- Less than 24 hours before pickup: No refund
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days.
- Modifications to existing bookings are subject to availability and rate differences.
No-Show Policy
If you do not pick up your vehicle within 2 hours of the scheduled pickup time without notifying us, your reservation will be considered a no-show. No-shows are charged the full rental amount with no refund. The reserved vehicle may be released to other customers.
